This easy-to-use primer helps smooth and level rough, porous surfaces. This product primes and fills interior and exterior above grade, unpainted aggregate block, poured-in-place concrete, precast concrete surfaces, and rough masonry. This formula is fast drying and has excellent moisture resistance. Not for use over existing coatings.
