This solid color concrete stain is fortified with new, heavy-duty resin technology to provide maximum protection to concrete and masonry surfaces. It forms a low gloss, durable finish that protects against hot tire pickup, flaking and peeling. Use on properly prepared exterior concrete surfaces such as pool decks, patios, sidewalks, driveways and privacy walls.

Usage
Great for use on properly prepared interior or exterior concrete or masonry surfaces such as patios, walkways, breezeways, laundry rooms, and basement floors. Do not use on garage floors.

Prep
The surface must be clean, dry and free of all loose or peeling paint or contaminants. Patch voids with appropriate crack patching material. Areas where ponding water is evident should be leveled prior to application.

Application
Mix well before and during use. Intermix cans of the same color. Apply with a high-quality, polyester brush or 1/4" or 3/8" nap roller. Spread product evenly and finish with long, even strokes in the same direction. Two coats are recommended for most applications (wait 24 hours for second coat). Clean up with warm, soapy water.
